  • If your email account is with OutBlaze.com or their subsidiaries (mail.com and email.com) then you will not receive any mail from us at all. It appears that some immensely stupid OutBlaze users subscribed to our site to get the Robin Hood strategy then marked our "Welcome" email as SPAM!

    OutBlaze maintain a totally moronic attitude and now refuse to allow any of their account holders to receive any mail from us whatsoever - you cannot override this. If this affects you then please complain in the strongest terms to OutBlaze.

  • If your mail system uses a "Challenge-Response" type of spam filter (i.e. EarthLink, SpamArrest, Comodo, etc.) then DO NOT submit a ticket until you have approved the following email addresses:

    support@robinhood-fx.com and noreply@robinhood-fx.com

    If you fail to do this then our support system will repeatedly bounce back the flood of challenge messages from your mail system, resulting in several hundred messages per day appearing in your message queue!

    An "Out of Office"-style message being sent in response to incoming mail has the same effect - You have been warned!!
